Two-way relay

All calls are routed through KOVA's relay infrastructure, using Twilio's global telephony network for clear, reliable connections.

SMS and in-app messages pass through the same privacy layer. Every communication stays inside the KOVA ecosystem.

How the relay works
Initiator scans or calls
Someone scans a KOVA Tag or dials a relay number. KOVA Connect receives the request.
KOVA routes the connection
The engine looks up the vehicle/entity, checks your privacy settings, and initiates a relayed call or message.
Both parties stay anonymous
The caller hears a ringing tone. You receive the call. Neither side sees a phone number — the connection is brokered entirely through Twilio.
Session ends when you choose
Every relay session is logged and controllable from your dashboard. Expire, mute, or block at any time.
